Eles fazem uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de advert\u00eancia, de 48 horas, para reivindicar aumento salarial.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de tr\u00eas rodadas de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com o governo municipal, as partes n\u00e3o chegaram a um acordo. Os funcion\u00e1rios da prefeitura querem um aumento de pouco mais de 10%. O munic\u00edpio ofereceu, inicialmente, uma reposi\u00e7\u00e3o salarial de 1%. Depois ofereceu 5%, divididos em duas parcelas de 2,5%: uma a ser paga agora, e a outra em novembro, com valor retroativo.<\/p>\n<p>Em assembleia realizada na semana passada, os servidores decidiram recusar a contraproposta e marcaram uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de advert\u00eancia para hoje e amanh\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p>Eles est\u00e3o concentrados em frente ao pr\u00e9dio da Prefeitura Municipal.
