O fato aconteceu na cidade de Caldeir\u00e3o Grande, tamb\u00e9m na segunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VaAT7tDLI8Yfj5y9Z50Z\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Siga nosso canal no WhatsApp e veja mais not\u00edcias<\/mark><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Delegacia Territorial de Caldeir\u00e3o Grande, o indiv\u00edduo, que n\u00e3o teve o nome revelado, ap\u00f3s cometer o crime fugiu para a cidade de Ponto Novo, onde foi preso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o C\u00f3digo Penal brasileiro, (Art. 217-A), o estupro de vulner\u00e1vel prev\u00ea puni\u00e7\u00e3o de 8 a 15 anos de pris\u00e3o. J\u00e1 a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado relacionado, o artigo 241 prev\u00ea uma puni\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 a 6 anos de pris\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pol\u00edcia informou ainda que a grava\u00e7\u00e3o das cenas, que foram amplamente divulgadas nas redes sociais, causou grande repercuss\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o.
