Um empres\u00e1rio foi preso em flagrante na quinta-feira, 15, por suspeita de vender aparelhos furtados e roubados em V\u00e1rzea da Ro\u00e7a, munic\u00edpio localizado no Piemonte da Chapada Diamantina, na Bahia. O homem estava em posse de 344 smartphones e foi detido em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre equipes da Delegacia Territorial (DT) de V\u00e1rzea da Ro\u00e7a e da DT de Mairi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pris\u00e3o aconteceu durante um cumprimento de um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o. Em seu estabelecimento, tamb\u00e9m foram encontrados acess\u00f3rios sem nota fiscal, provenientes de diferentes estados da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m dos celulares, foram apreendidos dois notebooks e um autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os itens ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 per\u00edcia para comprovar sua proced\u00eancia e identificar outros poss\u00edveis envolvidos no esquema de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o. O empres\u00e1rio foi autuado por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos furtados e roubados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
