Aos 18 anos seguiu o caminho de muitos nordestinos e mudou-se para S\u00e3o Paulo, indo morar com o irm\u00e3o mais velho em S\u00e3o Caetano Sul, tendo trabalhado em diversas f\u00e1bricas e metal\u00fargicas.
