Fundado em 1995, por Ivan Pedro (Peu), Petrivan Carvalho e Gustavo Miranda, depois com o refor\u00e7o de Marcelo Bartilotti (Bacalhau), o nome do grupo fazia uma brincadeira com o bloco Pimenta Nativa, que na \u00e9poca era destaque do Carnaval de Salvador.
