Um policial militar matou o pr\u00f3prio filho a tiros em Praia Grande, no litoral de S\u00e3o Paulo, na madrugada desta segunda-feira (23), ao encontr\u00e1-lo agredindo a m\u00e3e e os irm\u00e3os mais novos.
\nO crime aconteceu no bairro Guilhermina, por volta das 2h. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, o policial, de 48 anos, baleou o filho, Vinicius Ferreira Lopes, de 20 anos, em leg\u00edtima defesa ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ao chegar em casa, o rapaz, que tem um hist\u00f3rico de comportamento violento, come\u00e7ou a agredir a m\u00e3e e os outros irm\u00e3os. O pai, ao ver a cena, tentou cont\u00ea-lo. Segundo depoimento do policial, o filho foi morto com tr\u00eas disparos ap\u00f3s tentar tirar a arma dele.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da pol\u00edcia, ap\u00f3s o crime, o policial, que trabalha na ronda escolar da cidade, foi \u00e0 orla da praia e tentou se matar. Por\u00e9m, a arma falhou durante o disparo. Em seguida, o homem se apresentou na Delegacia Sede do Munic\u00edpio e, ap\u00f3s o registro da ocorr\u00eancia, foi liberado.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Bruno L\u00e1zaro, o policial n\u00e3o cometeu um ato il\u00edcito. “Na lei, ele cometeu um crime, mas nesse caso, houve um ato excludente, que \u00e9 a leg\u00edtima defesa. Esse rapaz consumia drogas e tinha um comportamento muito violento. O policial estava transtornado, pois foi uma atitude de pai desesperado”, afirmou.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil segue investigando o caso. A arma do policial tamb\u00e9m foi apreendida.<\/p>\n
