Quando o condutor desceu do ve\u00edculo, em vis\u00edvel estado de embriagues alco\u00f3lica, recusou-se ser abordado pela guarni\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando o patrulheiro aproximou-se para realizar a abordagem, foi agredido com um empurr\u00e3o, sendo necess\u00e1rio realizar o uso das algemas para garantir a integridade f\u00edsica dos integrantes da guarni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O condutor foi encaminhado \u00e0 PRF, onde foi realizado o teste do baf\u00f4metro e constatado que ele havia ingerido bebida alco\u00f3lica. O condutor do veiculo foi encaminhado at\u00e9 a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas cab\u00edveis. Entretanto, n\u00e3o foi feito flagrante sob a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de que o percentual constatado no exame de alcoolemia, n\u00e3o seria considerado crime e n\u00e3o existiam motivos para lavratura de TCO.
