De acordo com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, o homem contou que o carro estava prejudicando a entrada e sa\u00edda de moradores do pr\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n<p>O ve\u00edculo s\u00f3 foi desacorrentado do poste com a chegada do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, que fez a remo\u00e7\u00e3o do carro do local com o aux\u00edlio de guincho.
