Ainda segundo a coluna, o valor total previsto inicialmente foi de R$ 168,8 milh\u00f5es, e foi diminu\u00eddo para R$ R$ 117,4 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O n\u00famero de novas liga\u00e7\u00f5es de energia, at\u00e9 o final do ano, vai cair de 20 mil para 18,5 mil. O programa \u00e9 voltado a promover o acesso de fam\u00edlias residentes em \u00e1reas rurais \u00e0 energia el\u00e9trica, com prioridade para escolas rurais, quilombolas, ind\u00edgenas, assentamentos, ribeirinhos e pequenos agricultores. Em todo Brasil, o or\u00e7amento, destinado a 13 estados, reduziu de R$ 1,1 bilh\u00e3o para R$ 929 milh\u00f5es &#8211; queda de 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Dos 13 estados, s\u00f3 Alagoas teve aumento nos recursos. Saiu de R$ 5,4 milh\u00f5es para R$ 21,3 milh\u00f5es (eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de 295%).
