De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do colunista Lauro Jardim, em O Globo, o incidente se deu durante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o para combater o t\u00e1xi-a\u00e9reo clandestino. Na ocasi\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de interditar o jato Phenom 300 prefixo PP-MCG, a Anac suspendeu as habilita\u00e7\u00f5es dos pilotos. Ainda segundo o colunista, Anitta n\u00e3o foi a primeira celebridade surpreendida por uma a\u00e7\u00e3o desta natureza.
