Paulo, o desembargador Rog\u00e9rio Favreto deferiu o habeas corpus apresentado na sexta-feira (6) por deputados do PT, para que Lula fosse libertado imediatamente, por n\u00e3o haver fundamento jur\u00eddico para sua pris\u00e3o.
