Jos\u00e9 Ranulfo Guimar\u00e3es nasceu na Fazenda Cachoeira, munic\u00edpio de Andorinha, no dia 16 de maio de 1959.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>De origem humilde, \u00e9 filho do saudoso Raimundo Alves Guimar\u00e3es (Mundinho), que foi vereador na \u00e9poca em que Andorinha era distrito de Senhor do Bonfim, tendo sido um dos campe\u00f5es de votos na d\u00e9cada de 1980.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Ranulfo, foi caminhoneiro quando transportava mercadorias para o antigo Mercadinho Andorinha, que funcionava no pr\u00e9dio onde hoje est\u00e1 a Lojas Lubb. Nessa \u00e9poca trabalhava com o casal Gilberto Pires Cerqueira e Id\u00e1lia. Foi quando Seu Mundinho investiu no Supermercado Andorinha, que ficou sob a administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Jos\u00e9 Ranulfo ap\u00f3s a morte de seu pai.<\/p>\n

Desfrutando de grande carisma e influ\u00eancia no meio empresarial da cidade, Z\u00e9 Ranulfo chegou \u00e0 presid\u00eancia da Cooperativa Mista Agropecu\u00e1ria de Senhor do Bonfim (COMASB), onde est\u00e1 no terceiro mandato.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m com atua\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea pol\u00edtica, j\u00e1 foi presidente de agremia\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas em Senhor do Bonfim e disputou o cargo de prefeito do munic\u00edpio de Andorinha nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2008.<\/p>\n

Com o fim das atividades do Supermercado Andorinha, hoje Jos\u00e9 Ranulfo dedica-se \u00e0 COMASB e \u00e0 pecu\u00e1ria, atrav\u00e9s de propriedades que mant\u00e9m no vizinho munic\u00edpio de Andorinha.<\/p>\n
