O grande perigo reside no fato de ser uma doen\u00e7a assintom\u00e1tica. Por essa raz\u00e3o, a ABPH e o Rotary tem se esfor\u00e7ado para fazer chegar ao maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de pessoas os testes r\u00e1pidos gratuitos que permitem identificar portadores por meio de uma gota de sangue.<\/p>\n<p>O Rotary Club \u00e9 um clube de profissionais que congrega l\u00edderes das comunidades em que vivem ou atuam, prestando servi\u00e7os volunt\u00e1rios n\u00e3o remunerados, em favor da sociedade como um todo ou beneficiando, em casos espec\u00edficos, pessoas necessitadas ou entidades que atuem tamb\u00e9m em favor de desamparados.<\/p>\n<p>O Rotary Club foi fundado por Paul Harris, em Chicago-USA, em 23\/02\/1905 e tem hoje representa\u00e7\u00e3o em 207 pa\u00edses. Em Senhor do Bonfim, o Rotary existe desde dos anos 60.
