De acordo com a senten\u00e7a do juiz da 6\u00aa Zona Eleitoral, Osvaldo Rosa Filho, o gestor, que se reelegeu, cometeu irregularidades. O magistrado levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o dados contidos em relat\u00f3rio do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que constatou \u201cirregularidades e impropriedades\u201d.
